Label for a 2023 vintage Tempranillo wine from the Templeton Gap District in Paso Robles. Harvested in September 2023 with a sugar level of 22.5, acidity of 7.1, and pH of 3.02. Fermented with native yeast and aged for 7 months in stainless steel barrels. Bottled on May 1, 2024, with 0 residual sugar and 13.2% alcohol content.
